Submission of Abstracts

For oral communications and posters, an abstract should be prepared. Abstracts should deal with at least one of the AgroStat themes. The communications can be application oriented (solving of a concrete problem using statistical techniques), or methodological (new ways of data analysis).

The abstract should include: Title, Authors indicating presenting author, Affiliation, Main Text and Keywords. The Main Text should summarise in four separate paragraphs: Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions. The maximum length of the main text is 300 words. Participants should indicate their preference for poster or oral presentation, although the final decision is made by the Scientific Committee. Only abstracts submitted through the Conference Abstract Management Platform will be considered.

Abstracts will be reviewed by two members of the International Scientific Committee, and results will be communicated. Upon abstract acceptance, at least one of the authors must register in the Conference. An abstract with no associated registration at a stipulated time will be removed. A maximum of two abstracts can be presented by a registered participant.
