Creating an account at sciencesconf.org using the top right button on this page, OR opening your session of you already have an account.

Once your session open, clicking on "Registration" on the left panel, and following the instructions.

Registration fees for Agrostat 2023

(*) SFdS members get a 25€ discount on all prices above

Registrations fees for Agrostat 2023 include:

• participation in scientific sessions,
• participation to the general meeting of the Agro-Industry group the day before
• the meal at the restaurant in the evening the day before,
• the meal on the day of the conference,
• the coffee breaks. 

Means of payment

Payment can be made by one of the following means:

• online by credit card:

When you choose online payment, you are redirected to the SFdS payment gateway. Click on the type of card you wish to use, then fill in the requested information. Don't forget to click on the red CONTINUE button. Your payment will be completed once you see the message indicating that the payment has been processed and you are back on the conference website. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation email.

• by purchase order:

The purchase order is to be sent to the event treasurer by e-mail (evelyne.vigneau@oniris-nantes.fr) with the subject [Bon de commande Agrostat 2023], and indicating the full name of the person(s) to be registered.

• by transfer to a bank account:

When you register, you will be given the bank details of the conference. If you have not noted them, contact the treasurer at evelyne.vigneau@oniris-nantes.fr. Please indicate the name of the person to be registered on the transfer.

You will receive an invoice by email as soon as the payment has been validated by the treasurer of the event.

Concerning the last two means of payment mentioned above, please take into account the bank details of the SFdS account which is dedicated to the conference (and therefore different from the one used for the memberships to the association).
